Another black tide...

Hi,

As you probably already know, another black tide is about to spoil the european atlantic coast. This time it doesn't concern only the french coast, the spanish and the portugese ones are or are about to be seriously damaged too. There are many questions ... should we or shouldn't we suscribe as volunteers to clean the coast ? isn't it too easy for the governments to have our good will for free ? isn't it better to let the governments take their own responsabilities by not cleaning anything, even if it hurts deep inside to see the ocean like that ???
Or do you think that the ocean is the play ground of all of us, even if we are not surfers? and that it's our role as citizens and water users to clean it, no matter the governments ??? ... ... ... ...
