Severine tells me the appeal went well. The judges (3) in Aix seemed neutral except one, rabidly supporting the judge in Nice. Severine reacted and told her she was prejudiced, and the procureur in closing said that Severine had had illusions about France (!) and that now she realized this is not a place for her, so the court should let her take her baby back and leave. He also said that the whole action amounted to an 'enlèvement'!!
So, now since Friday she has had the decision, she gets Elie back. She hasn't seen the judgement yet, and only knows she is getting Elie back on Wednesday 18 Nov. She got a lawyer through her former lawyer. She thinks he is good and he accepted to take her case on aide juridictionnelle. He has even been trying to help her get her stolen cat back!
She has plans for once Elie is back, which are on hold until then and until she and her lawyer see the decision.
The first days, she is planning to just chill out and have a good time with Elie. And give him Nigari to help clean out the meat in his blood.
